- This role will oversee 2 facilities (Eye Center and Multi specialty).
- 5 OR suites, 100 FTE.
- They need someone who knows how to deal with governing boards and can manage surveys.
- Volume is close to 1,000 a month combined!
- DON is min exp. RN needed.
- If not strong in budget, then open to teaching the candidate.
- Smart, driven and can commit time and effort.
- Experience in running Medical Executive Meetings and discussing budget or financial operations with C suite.
- Location: Los Angeles, CA
Must have compliance and nursing operations background and running Board meetings and managing large surgery operations.
