Director of HR job opening located in the Central California Valley area between Fresno and Sacramento.
5 years HR experience, preferably some in a hospital. Reports to CEO and part of senior team.BS required, prefer masters. Need Union experience.
Ability to lead department and oversee projects, and work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Familiarity with JCAHO requirements is helpful. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication (written and oral), analytical, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with staff in a professional and courteous manner as well as maintain confidentiality.
