Director of Decision Support job opening located near Asheville, North Carolina.
The current Director just resigned after 10 years, wants professional growth so going to work for larger system in Spartanburg, SC.
Need someone strong with budgeting, cost accounting, 5 years experience working in finance, preferably in healthcare. Must possess the professional skills to be a good communicator, educator, analyst, leader, motivator, critical thinker, visionary, and teammate.
Needs strong analytical experience, STRATA software, InFor Lawsoncation. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management or closely related field is required.
Hiring preference will be given to candidates that possess a CPA, CMA, MHA or MBA. Reports to Controller (only one direct report).
10% Bonus plus relocation!
