Staffing Office Manager 

• Reports to Director
• This person will have 10 Staffers
• FTE’s can be as many as 100 and as little as 80 in offseason
• This person oversees the staffing office, care team, all nursing units are centralized staffing, balance schedules, order travelers, etc.
• Looking for someone that has a passion for mission and religious values
• Looking for someone to really build the team, during covid they restructured their float pool nurses and techs, and they want someone who has a personality of “nurturing.”
• They had a great person in this position but she had a baby and she had to move to PT, she is still with the company and would be great support for this role
• Director will support this person a lot
• Need Bachelors, Masters only preferred
• 3 years experience as nursing manager (if they don’t have it but are strong, still send them to me)
• Preferred to have knowledge of staffing office, centralized staffing, understanding of travel contracts, and float pool.
