Hospital in Northwest, Colorado has an opening in the Retail Pharmacy for a full-time Pharmacist in Charge. Located 1 hour from Vernal, Utah 

Day Shift

Experience you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college of pharmacy; Pharm.D. preferred
• Current Colorado Pharmacist License in good standing
• 3 years of Pharmacist experience 
• CPR Certification and Immunization Certification required within 6 months of hire
