The Director of Home Health collaborates with the support of the Chief Nursing Officer to accomplish the objectives of the Patient Care Services Division, Home Health Agency, and overall strategic plan of the Health District. They will oversee the operation of the Agency to ensure effective leadership, staff productivity, sound employee relations, responsible fiscal practices, and efficient, safe, effective, high-quality client care.
Master’s degree in nursing or health-related field required. If master’s degree is not in nursing, must have BSN.
The hospital desires individuals who possess 4 + years’ recent home health management experience. They prefer individuals who possess project management and organizational development experience.
