Director of Healthcare Analytics job opening located in Delaware.
Director of Healthcare Analytics will provide vision and direction to data analytics.
This position will develop processes of communication between departments to ensure consistency in reporting as well as elevate the reporting associated with business planning, market analysis, population health and financial analytics.
The Director will work with Information Technology, Finance, Performance Improvement, Clinical Integration and other support and operational leaders to assess data resources and develop reporting processes for leadership. This leader will provide guidance and assist providers of data to translate and report meaningful information and reports.
Required: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading and conducting healthcare data analytics. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with physicians/healthcare system management. Minimum of 3 years’ experience identifying and measuring key healthcare metrics of performance. General knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and value-based payment models. Minimum of 5 years leadership experience.
