- 5 ORs doing mostly orthopedic and bariatric;
- Reports to DON;
- 35 FTEs; BSN min with 5 years’ exp;
- One manager and several leads report to position;
- Responsible for Pre-op, OR, Post-op, pre-admission testing, and pain and special procedures;
- Person leading, left for another hospital in network;
