Scope
- OR/Central Sterile
- 24/7 accountability for all operational aspects of busy ORs: Bariatric, BYN, General, Ortho, GYN, Spine and General/GYNE Robotics
- Achieve collegial relationships with staff, physicians, leadership team and surgical groups.
- Stabilize/support/engage staff. Bring staffing levels up to fully staffed.
- Expand educational initiatives for staff.
- Cultivate staff loyalty
