- 300+ bed for profit hospital in rural community;
- great admin team and family-oriented community;
- 5 years’ min experience LEADING a very busy and high acuity environment;
- BSN min, master’s preferred;
- average 40K annual visits and admit 18-21% of our volume;
- service line has had growth for the past 3 years;
- ED is not trauma designated, is a Lev 3 stroke center and STEMI Center;
- 70 FTE’s, has 32 beds, and has CT/X-ray capabilities in the ER;
