Job opening for an ICU Director located in the Los Angeles area of California.
- Hospital almost 200 beds fully renovated.
- This position would report to Admin Director ICU & ER.
- 18 bed ICU (currently overflowing an additional 10 beds)
- Approximately 60 FTEs
Manages schedules for an all RN staff with Monitor Tech support. C.N.A. positions (2/shift) recently added to staffing model for COVID surge. Position will be supported with FT Clinical Educator and Assistant Clinical Director.
Biggest challenge is COVID surge with lack of experienced ICU nurses.
