- 300+ bed rural, profit, family—oriented community hospital;
- reports to ACNO/CNO;
- strong leader with BSN min, master’s preferred;
- L&D – 1500-1600 deliveries and 14 private rooms and 30 FTEs;
- 2 c-section suites;
- 24/7 anesthesia coverage,
- 2 full-time lactation specialists;
- OB/GYN, Peds, Nursery;
- Post-Partum – 24 private rooms, 30 FTEs;
- Nursery – 24 cribs. 16-18 FTEs;
- beautiful units waiting for a ROCK STAR Clinical leader;
- manager reports to this position but has no L&D exp so that is very important for new leader;
- current director going back to mid-wife status;
