Qualifications:
- Alabama State License for Registered Nurse upon hire
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Must possess leadership skills
- Previous management experience required
- Would consider a Manager looking for a Director role
- Will have 1 Manager reporting to this Director
- Director will be over Women & Children’s, post partum, peds, special nursery avg census 4, looking to grow a NICU unit
- 120 deliveries per month
- BSN required, Master’s strongly preferred (currently enrolled or willing to enroll)
- Reports to CNO
