19 suite OR- 2 heart rooms, 1 Steris, 1 DiVinci Robot, 1 cysto., 19 bed PACU
2 rooms being renovated by Striker
Out Patient – PAT,OPS, Anemia Clinic and Pain Management
2 Assistant Director’s, Informatics Manger, Endo Team Lead, SPD Team Lead as direct reports.
Approximately 130 FTE’s, Averaging 1000-1050 cases per month
Reports to CNO
RN with OR clinical background
Minimum of 3-5 years Director level experience in similar sized OR
Masters degree and Studor training desired
