Patient Care Manager, STROKE UNIT — North Carolina

 
950+bed hospital is in need of a Patient Care Manager for their Stroke Unit.

 

 

This facility is in NC

 

 

The nurses and aides on this unit are excellent and compassionate.

 
35 bed very busy unit that stays full all the time

 
Stroke Certification

 

This Manager will be a clinical expert, up-to-date in current best practices, and will role model leadership to the staff.

 

 

The hospital is seeking those leaders who are dedicated to the patient experience and best patient outcomes.

 

 

This position reports directly to the Service Line Director and functions at a director level.

 

The ideal candidate is self-directed, evidence-based, can counsel for performance and empowerment, is politically astute with physicians, and adept at data analysis.

 

 

Experience with Epic a plus as they are moving to EPIC.

 

 

BSN required, Master’s degree preferred.

 

 

Leadership experience required.

 

 

NC license Required
