Associate degree and beyond highly desired
Proven experience in physician practice management and/or clinic operations
Coordinates all clinic operations at the service level
Supervises all clinic office managers
Strong experience in operations
Professional fee billing, financial management, business development and management
Maintains adequate staffing levels and properly trained support staff
Educates staff to keep current in healthcare trends
5 years of exp in clinical practice management inclusive of details above
Advanced financial analysis skills
Use of MS Office
