ASC Director of Nursing
Summary:
The DON will have clinical and operational responsibility for 7 ASCs performing 45,000+ procedures per year and generating net cash of $35M.
Some of the centers are single service and others are multispecialty.
Each site has a Clinical Leader who will serve as the Director’s eyes & ears on a daily basis.
Candidate must be a RN with a Masters degree or be willing to obtain a Masters degree within two years of employment.
Strong surgical services experience and solid experience in the ASC environment is required.
Relocation assistance will be provided.
The Director will report to the VP of Ambulatory Care and the VP of Operations for Ambulatory Care.
