Interim Respiratory Manager opening

Urgent Interim Respiratory Manager opening.

 

Position duration is 6 months (could be longer if both parties are interested).

 
Competitive monthly salary, temporary housing, once a month travel home visits or a family member can visit (reimbursement of plane ticket) and benefits paid by the hospital.

 
Location: Tropical – beach environment!

 

 

VP is looking for an individual with the following Top 5 “must have” qualifications/attributes:

 
Needs to have chemistry with staff.

 

Staff needs to have a voice, learn, and grow.

 

 

Experience in restructuring.

 

 
Installing new tech. i.e. Snapboard

 

 
Experience with HR issues.

 

 
Experience with union interest

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:

 
Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, a health related field or business related field.

 
Current State license as a Respiratory Therapist upon hire.

 
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).

 
Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist (RPFT).

 
Master’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy or Business preferred

 

 

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

 

 

Five (5) years experience as Respiratory Therapist, including three (3) years in
progressive management/supervisory positions in an acute care setting.
