Develop recruitment strategies
Responsible for marketing initiatives and branding campaigns
Source, recruit & hire for nursing, allied health and management positions
Manage 2 FTEs – Recruiter and HR Assistant
Reports to VP, Human Resources
3-5 years demonstrated HR experience in healthcare
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related discipline
