CHIEF NURSING OFFICER opening – 100+bed acute care hospital in
New Jersey
The Chief Nursing Officer sets the strategic direction for nursing at the hospital ensuring a high reliability organization focused upon shared governance and nursing excellence, working closely to build a multidisciplinary team and collaboration of the clinical team focused upon patient care and advocacy for the community.
The Chief Nursing Officer reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years of experience as a CNO and/or 10 years as a service line leader preferred.
Critical Care/ED experience managing multiple departments.
For Profit Experience preferred.
MSN/MBA required.
BLS/ACLS required.
Current nursing license state of New Jersey required upon hire.
