A progressive rural hospital is looking for a Director of Physician Practice to join their team.
Overview:
15-20 providers and oversees 9 clinics working with the physician recruiter to fill provider roles, working with providers to help them gauge productivity, working with the community to help increase access and address any serious patient concerns.
The clinic supervisors in smaller clinics and clinic managers in the 2 larger facilities report to this position and this role reports to the CFO.
Looking for someone with Practice Management experience attached to an acute care hospital or system.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s and leadership over multiple clinics including family practice. Ideally, experience with a hospital owned physician group.
Must have overall big picture leadership style.
Competitive salary range, bonus incentive and relocation allowance.
