Small hospital, great location! New position with increasing volumes and strategic needs. 3 ORs, a 9 bed Same Day Services department, and an endow suite. Over PACU and PAT program.
The Surgical Services Director would only be accountable to these areas, plus is the dotted line connector with our anesthesia group and responsible for all of the strategic/operational projects, and careful alignment with our Specialty and Surgery and Woman’s Center (gyn) Clinics and their leadership as well as our Professional Staff leadership.
