Clinical Supervisor, L&D
500+ bed not for profit hospital
Women’s Center with 18,000 deliveries/year
M/B position is FT nights, 7P-7A
L&D position in either PT or FT nights, 7P-7A
Mid-level management position, does not do patient care
Manages nursing assignment, runs reports, etc.
Reports to Clinical Manager
RN with 2-3 years appropriate clinical experience
Previous management experience
BSN and National certification preferred
Salary $30-40+/hour, non-exempt
Shift diffs: Eve – $4.25/hour
Nights – $5.00/hour
Weekends – additional $3.00/hour
