Bachelors, master’s preferred; 5 years of fund raising exp in a Foundation of a health care organization at either the Director or Asst. Executive Director level; additional experience required will include a history of having cultivated donors, conducted fund raising through special events, and exp with planned giving; track record of having supervised capital campaigns to fund major projects in a health care setting; must have exp with Raisers Edge or equivalent donor tracking software; reports to amazing CEO; salary $100-115k plus bonus potential
