A health system in the Raleigh, NC area, has a need for experienced Cardiothoracic OR Supervisor to join their team. At the hospital, the Cardiothoracic OR Supervisor is responsible for efficient operation of surgical specialties and staff. Requires independent critical thinking, ability to delegate. Supervises utilizing objective problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. The CVOR has 4 suites and the Supervisor will oversee around 18 FTEs.
Experience: Two (2) years perioperative experience required plus two (2) years basic management experience required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. All new hires must obtain national certification in Nursing within 1 year of hire or as soon as eligible per national standards.
Licensure/Credentials: North Carolina Registered Nurse License required. CNOR required.
Hours of Work Monday-Friday, 6:45 am – 3:15pm
Weekend Requirements As Needed
