A 350+ bed hospital located near Miami, FL, has a need for an experienced Radiology Director to join their team.
Responsible for the operations of assigned department. Demonstrate productive and efficient management skills. Excel in identifying and controlling critical cost elements; thereby promoting quality awareness and achieving the highest standard of excellence. Assists in formulating departmental budgets and adhering to established standards. Ensures performance improvement initiatives are implemented. Monitors staff performance. Collaborates with staff, physicians and the Chief Operating Officer to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and accurate implementation in accordance with patient care standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field required Master’s degree in related field preferred
Minimum two (2) years management experience
Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience
Demonstrates leadership, critical thinking and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Salary range is $92–$130K.
