A large health system in the Raleigh, NC area, has a need for a Physical Therapist for Home Health to join their team. You will see an average of 4-6 patients a day. Sorry, no new grads.
Our Physical Therapist is responsible for leading or assisting in the coordination of patient care. Communicates to facilitate timely patient flow throughout the system as appropriate for best patient care. Understands the needs of the organization and its Mission and Values in patient care services.
Experience Requirements:
At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience with home care experience preferred.
Education Required:
Requires Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with at least a Baccalaureate degree.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current License from the NC Board of PT Examiners.
Current valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
Hours of Work: 8a-5p
Weekend Requirements: As Needed
Call Requirements: 1 weekend per 12-14 weeks
