110 bed acute care facility
Summary:Twenty-Four hour accountability of 31-bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry department and 9-Bed Intensive Care Unit, including: quality management, communication, resource management and leadership. Utilizes the nursing process including: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and recording of patient care. Teaches delegates and supervises other nursing staff in the provision of nursing care. Coordinates services with other members of the healthcare team to provide complex patient care. Practices within the scope of the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies/procedures/standards. Reports to CNO
Qualifications:BS required, Masters preferred. Well experienced leader with proven background and track record in patient satisfaction, staff satisfaction, productivity and quality. A current and valid NC Registered Nurse license with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience.
Salary Range: 70K-100K; Relocation Assistance
