Summary:

Directs the staff and programs of the emergency services unit. Develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for emergency service programs. Ensures quality care for patients. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to Chief Nursing Officer

11k-15k annual ED visits

9-10 FTE’s
Qualifications:Requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in the field.

Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Previous management experience required.

Salary Range: 55K-83K; Sign on Bonus
