Director of Case Management job,GA

Qualifications: RN, BS Degree, CCM  is required Masters degree is preferred.

They must have Hospital leadership Director of Case Management  experience

The Director of Case Management reports to the CFO.

Directs the department’s activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and organization. Will build, maintain, and manage case management staff that is adept and efficient at assertively managing patient cases through the continuum of care and is accountable to senior management for outcomes.

Required Skills:Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications:Basic Life Support Required;Case Management Certification Preferred

2-5 Years of Job Related experience.

Must have advanced knowledge of case management principles and the ability to facilitate all utilization management care coordinated and discharge planning activities.

Salary range: $120,000  up to $130,000
