Senior Director Perinatal Services
Pay in the $100,000 range plus bonus DOE, $4,000 sign-on bonus
Organizes and administers all areas of the nursing service department. The Senior Director performs a variety of administrative and managerial functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, direct, monitor activities of the assigned departments as reflected in the mission of the hospital

- Direct the operations of assigned departments and appraise their performances, including authority to hire and terminate, subject to CNO approval.
- Direct and assist department managers in establishing measurements of performance, increased
- Productivity, cost controls and maximum utilization of staff and facilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business, Health Administration or related field required.
Experience: Five years leadership experience in acute care hospital required.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Registered Nurse currently licensed with the State of Washington

Wage Scale: Min: $57.38/hr., Mid: $71.72/hr.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution required. Master’s Degree in business or other health-related field or clinical degree from an accredited educational institution preferred.
Experience: Five years operations management experience as an executive in ambulatory care or physician practice management experience required. Additional experience in specialty area is highly preferred.
Orthopedic Manager
Wage Scale: Min: $57.38/hr, Mid: $71.72/hr
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution required. Master’s Degree in business or other health-related field or clinical degree from an accredited educational institution preferred.

Pay Scale: Min: $52.09 Mid: $65.11
Director in Ambulatory Surgery .
Shift Details: Full time, 1.0. Exempt. Management. Mon.-Fri. (8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.)
- Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing required.
- WA State RN licensure required.
- Three years management experience required.
- Five years recent Ambulatory Surgery Center experience required.
Master’s Degree in Nursing, business, or other healthcare field from an accredited educational institution preferred.
Manager, Cardiovascular Services RN-DH
Pay scale: Min: $46.10/hr, Mid: $57.62/hr
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in progress, from an accredited school of Nursing required. If Bachelor’s Degree is in progress, it must be completed within five years from date of hire into the position.
- Current WA State RN Licensure
- 3 years recent experience in Cath Lab
