Senior Director Perinatal Services

Pay in the $100,000 range plus bonus DOE, $4,000  sign-on  bonus

Organizes and administers all areas of the nursing service department. The Senior Director performs a variety of administrative and managerial functions.

A private not-for-profit organization with a total of 226 beds

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan, direct, monitor activities of the assigned departments as reflected in the mission of the hospital
2. Promotes sound fiscal operation by maintaining an effective budgeting process within the division…
3. Direct the operations of assigned departments and appraise their performances, including authority to hire and terminate, subject to CNO approval.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business, Health Administration or related field required.

Experience: Five years leadership experience in acute care hospital required.

Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Registered Nurse currently licensed with the State of Washington

Admin.Director- Heart Lung Vascular

Wage Scale: Min: $57.38/hr., Mid: $71.72/hr.

Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution required.  Master’s Degree in business or other health-related field or clinical degree from an accredited educational institution preferred.

Experience:  Five years operations management experience as an executive in ambulatory care or physician practice management experience required. Additional experience in specialty area is highly preferred.

Orthopedic Manager  

Wage Scale: Min: $57.38/hr, Mid: $71.72/hr

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution required.  Master’s Degree in business or other health-related field or clinical degree from an accredited educational institution preferred.

Experience:  Five years operations management experience as an executive in ambulatory care or physician practice management experience required. Additional experience in specialty area is highly preferred.

Ambulatory Surgery Center Director

Pay Scale: Min: $52.09    Mid: $65.11

 Director in Ambulatory  Surgery  .

Shift Details: Full time, 1.0. Exempt. Management. Mon.-Fri. (8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.)

• Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing required.
• WA State RN licensure required.
• Three years management experience required.
• Five years recent Ambulatory Surgery Center experience required.

Master’s Degree in Nursing, business, or other healthcare field from an accredited educational institution preferred.

Manager, Cardiovascular Services  RN-DH

Pay scale: Min: $46.10/hr, Mid: $57.62/hr

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in progress, from an accredited school of Nursing required. If Bachelor’s Degree is in progress, it must be completed within five years from date of hire into the position.
• Current WA State RN Licensure
• 3 years recent experience in Cath Lab
