General pediatrician with responsibility for outpatient clinic, hospital rounding on newborns and pediatric inpatients (minimal), attendance at emergent C-sections when on call. Call rotation is 1 in 3.
Employed position; malpractice insurance, health insurance, life insurance short and long term disability insurance, stipend for CME and stipend for dues, subscriptions,etc.; sign on negotiable; annual compensation using MGMA currently at approximately $220,000; production incentive using RVU model.
Practice currently consists of 2 pediatricians; 2 Physician Assistants and 1 Nurse Practitioner in two locations – Coudersport and Port Allegany, PA.
