We are working with a not-for-profit excellent 200+bed hospital looking for a Women’s Services Director for their Birthing center.
This is a HOT position! Client wants to interview immediately!
Center averages 1260 births per year.
Labor rooms = 24
FTE’s = 70
One Manager reporting to position.
BSN required, Master’s required (or in process of obtaining).
3-5 years of leadership experience with demonstrated competence in operations management and quality outcomes. The successful candidate must maintain a strong mission focus, hold a current Oregon RN license (upon hire) and have significant experience with OB/Women’s Services.
Candidates with experience in business development and growth, and a master’s degree in a related field are strongly preferred.
