Job 1 Details:  300+bed hospital in Washington. Average number of cases in inpatient surgery. Operating Room has15 ORs and run 12 ORs in primetime, is 37 M-F or roughly 750 a month. Operating Room has 4 ORs in outpatient surgery and these report up to a different position. There is 1 manager (the open position) in inpatient and that reports to the director. Inpatient surgery staff and anesthesia techs report to this position. There are 6 specialty coordinators that report to the manager. There is a manager that is over the pre-op, surgical pre-admission, and recovery units who works closely with this manager. There is a manager of surgical processing. In total, 4 managers report to the Director of Surgical Services under the surgical services umbrella. 110 FTE’s.

Job 1 Requirements: Registered Nurse in Washington with active license, BSN required.

Job 1 Compensation: Competitive monthly salary+temp housing, rental car and travel home visits included.  Interim leading to possible permanent position.
