Nurse Manager – Inpatient General Surgery (post-op inpatient)
· 36 bed inpatient unit for general surgery and bariatric surgery post op patients
· 70 employees, very stable staff with only 3 openings,
· Top performing floor, great patient satisfactions scores
· Good camaraderie, celebrate birthdays, awards etc.
· Union but good relationship
· 5/6 patients per nurse
· 8 charge nurses, 1-2 per shift plus relief nurses as needed
· Manager retired, looking for replacement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required, Master’s Degree preferred
Current WA state RN license
Healthcare provider CPR Certification
Minimum of five years of inpatient nursing experience
Clinical Management experience strongly preferred
