RN Nurse Manager Neuro/Ortho/Spine/total joint
· 24 bed inpatient unit for neuro, ortho, and spine post -op patients
· 11 bed spine unit will open in E-1 in May
· Overlake will continue to make a big commitment to orthopedic surgery
· 4/6 patients per nurse
· Top performing floor, great patient satisfactions scores
· Good camaraderie and teamwork among nursing staff
· Manager leaving for family reasons only
Manager experience/expectations:
· Ortho or Neuro or Spine or joint technical experience required, may mentor nurse on management skills if S5 is filled.
· Interim manager in place for next 8 months
· Leadership skills/experience or aptitude is a must
· Call is 1:5 weeks, light call, stay in town for medical emergencies only (not staffing issues etc.)
