Manager, Medical Staff Services

Large 300+bed hospital. 

Directs, administers, and manages functions and activities of: 

Medical Staff Services, including but not limited to Credentialing, Peer Review, and Medical Staff Support.
Center for Outcomes, Research and Evaluation (CORE) and Performance Improvement program(s)for the Medical Staff. 

Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or related field.
Certification as a Professional in Healthcare Quality Program (CPHQ) by the National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) preferred.
3-5 years’ recent management experience in Medical Staff Services..
Experience to demonstrate knowledge of performance improvement processes and concepts and knowledge databases/information systems.
Experience to demonstrate ability to manage functions and activities in medical staff services.

Salary range 100k-125k

Relocation assistance and one month temporary housing available.
